The charger doesn't function as a smart charger, and the app is full of corrupted information. Resulting in me not being able to use the charger to take advantage of cheaper night time electricity tariffs as I intended. Customer service is very good and communication is quick and easy. I am hopeful these frustrating issues can be resolved quickly. Otherwise I will expect a refund.

Unit initially wouldn't connect to App which I reported, since then it has stopped charging altogether, again I have reported this but so far no reply!

Extremely rude service. The Charger has been installed but the part of it that goes into the ground is very unstable and I can not park the car near it anymore.

How long does it take to complete an installation ? Almost 125 days ! Someone is sick and someone is on holiday, and someone is no more working for the Company. End result 125 days.

The initial fitting was fine about 3 weeks ago. System stopped working, it was reported twice and still no engineer has been tasked to fix it. Poor after sales.

The installation of the charger was excellent and very professional, but the usability since via the scheduling on the app has been appalling - the worst app I have ever used. I have to set my alarm now to wake up in the middle of the night to access the EV tariff I have signed up to. Not a great advert for modern tech and the switch to EVs; it negates some of the benefits of home charging.

Home charger unit doesn't connect to server witch make problem with app and nothing in app works, I have call customer service many times but they're not helpful at all, for last week I have so many problems with app and charger and home charger doesn't charge the battery full, somewhere between 80-90%

The unit itself may be ok, but the installation I believe has not followed OLEV guidelines in that no Earth Rod has been fitted and the addition of an isolation to an existing RCD is again I believe not correct. Everything the fitter said he would do during the survey he didn't do when he came to actually install (I was not present)....he just told my wife that his manager had agreed this. I was trying to understand the relevant BS on this to confirm my beliefs before contacting you, hopefully you will contact me after this. Mark Dobbs

Our provisional date was cancelled, and now we have a charger that doesn’t work. We have to wait more time for an engineer to come out and try to fix it. Nice people, but at the end of the day - I NEED TO CHARGE MY CAR!!!!!

poor communication and clearance with local council. I had to chase up myself after being advised my appointment was cancelled just three days prior to fitting. very poor.

The whole process was over complicated, took too long, was more expensive than initially advised. The installed unit worked for 24 hours before it needed to be replaced due to a fault. Several phone calls required to expedite the replacement unit.

You took two months to do this work. I even had to call in UKpower networks, to confirm the job could be done. Your telephone staff do not have a clue. You caused me a great deal of worry and anxiety. I would never recommend you to my worst enemy.

Had a charger installed 2 months ago, it does charge my car but unable to receive any data usage. This should have been checked on installation but still to date I am none the wiser. Made numerous calls and have not got anywhere, time to look for a new charger that does everything it should do.

Your Companies co-ordination departmentally, processes and administration from application to installation are sadly lacking. Your staff are busy stepping on each other’s toes at every turn, repeat emails from different departments contradicting one another and making the process both unpleasant and totally confusing. I would have been happier dealing with a competitor if the manufacturer had not compelled me to use Chargemaster. I hope the product fairs better.

I was not fitted, earthing issues with items that had nothing to do with the installation of the new charging point, I guess this survey was sent to me in error!!
