"WHAT A RUBBISH COMPANY !!!\r\n\r\nTheir customer service for home chargers is awful! They changed their CEO a few months ago and replaced him with Mr Akira Kirton and if anything, their service has gotten even worse. \r\nAt least the last CEO answered emails, but not Mr Kirton it seems. \r\nI had an awful job getting the charger installed in the first place and the system I have is not really fit for purpose, as the sensor relay is, IMO, cheap and nasty and continuously faulty. It was only installed in April!\r\nWhen you phone to request an electrician to repair it, you are told you have to wait for 10 days for someone to phone to give a date when it can be repaired! How about you fit a decent system in the first place and save your customers these problems. \r\n\r\nI would never have chosen Bp Pulse, but MOTABILITY insisted I use them. Why not a company like PodPoint instead, as their customer services are way better than BP.\r\nHours spent on the phone, only to be sent from pillar to post and getting nowhere !\r\nLousy product and lousy customer service. \r\nAVOID Bp Pulse or you\u2019ll regret it."

"Had to chase initially to get over the survey stage but once this was sorted everything was done quickly and efficiently.\nCharger was fitted in a very neat and timely manner by a very helpful and pleasant engineer.\nCar not due to arrive for another two weeks so can't comment on the actual charging process yet"

"I had the charging point installed by Mobility. If it had not of being for them I would have being waiting months to have it installed. I now have my new car. The app is still mot up and running. I am bitterly disappointed with BP pulse. When you call them the back ground noise is disgraceful. I called them to inform them I was going away and didn't no where to charge the car. They weren't very helpful. Over a I can say the experience of having the charger installed has been very stressful. To them it's a job they do every day. But to me and a lot of customers like me find it difficult to understand. I still don't have an account that is working. I would definitely recommend having an Electronic car. But definitely not recommend BP plus"

"Very happy with my EV Home Charg from BP Pulse now that it's been installed by the two excellent electricans. The process was not straight forward, taking around 2.5 months in total, but I got there in the end. (several hoops to jump through)\n\nWithout the homecharge unit having a hybrid or fully electric vehicle is too much hassle, so really happy that this has all been sorted in a reasonable amount of time and will now enjoy my vehicle fully."
