Several charging stations not working and I have been charged for charging my car despite error readings on the units which did not actually charging my car

Misleading advertising. Paid more for a 'lockable' unit. It doesnt lock anything. The 'key' only switches the electricity on and off. Even the car dealer thought 'lockable' meant it locked the cable in place while charging. It doesent so is very easily stolen. Complained and promised call from manager. Never received one. Appauling customer service. Would not recommend this company. Going to trading standards.

Staff very unhelpful. Engineer in to much of a rush to finish. Lead not long enough and no explanation of operation of power unit

Initially I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks for installation, actually took over 9 weeks. I had to chase for all information, was told I would get call backs but rarely happened. Just very poor service throughout.

I am not a happy customer.... I am still waiting on my installation cert from you waiting weeks for it. I should been handed it by engineer at the time. Thanks a lot.

Absolutely awful service from head office. Missed emails appointments and complaining to them is an absolute waste of time. Unprofessional and inefficient are understatements.

Installation confirmed between 8am and 12pm. I asked if i could have the 'first call' which was confirmed. I called the office at 8.30am as the engineer hadn't arrived. I was informed that 'first call' meant between 8am and 12pm as it depends when the engineer starts his/her day. Very unprofessional and misleading.

Hi, Please can you let me know what version of phone you have. All phones with Android 4.4 and above and IOS 10.0 and above should be compatible with the app.

Tried to use on Wednesday evening and didn't work at all- now I have downloaded the update and it isn't recognising my login details - have triple checked on the website and I'm using the correct info.

Hi Stewart, please could you tell me what phone you are using. If it is an Android, you will need to uninstall the old app, and then install the new one ensuring it is version 3.0

Updating the app has lost the login details from my phone. Now I can’t access the £20 you unnecessarily charged me when I registered.

Hope the new app is better than the old one which was unusable and a rip off. I was never able to use the old app even though I had a credit of £20 on it. I had switched to Pod Point which works every time. I will try the new app and report back.

Hi David, This should only come up on the old version of the app; please uninstall your current Polar Instant app and download the new version. We also recommend clearing your cache.
