“I take 1 Chew before bedtime and I have a restful night. The only comment I would make is that I have experienced fluctuating results when the edible does take effect. It has taken as long as 2 hours and as short as 30 minutes at times.
I have also taken 2 chews at one time when I have a rough day; if you choose to do that I recommend you stay home. With that said, I did not experience any lingering effects the next morning.”
