“Twice now I placed an order, even went for the expediated delivery, a week later I go to tracking the order and it hadn't even shipped yet. I called support and they told me they were out of one of the flavors I had ordered, I told them I didn't care about the flavor only the effect. and they changed my order to a flavor on hand and shipped it out. I would have appreciated an email to tell me my order had been delayed...other than that I like the product and convienience, keep up the good work.”

“I placed an order on July 5, 2025. Called to inquire about my order on July 28 because I noticed it had not shipped. I did receive a return call telling me the product I ordered was out of stock. This was not noted on the website anywhere, if it were I would not have ordered it. Fast forward to today August 6, only 2 items from my ordr have shipped. The "out of stock" item that I paid for has not yet shipped. The worst part is htat there has been no communication from the company regarding this matter !”

“Im sort of in the middle. With the name of cheech and Chong I expected AAA service. Also from friends and relatives I’ve heard good things. Yet on my first order, there was some sort of delay or miscommunication or something and no one reached out to me personally to explain or give a reason. Just a standard paste/copy reply to my inquiry. I hope this improves otherwise it’s just not worth ordering products. Thanks for your time.”
“Well, can't give you anything over 1 star if you are begging for a review before I even receive the item. They only thing I can go by, is it has been 3 business days and today I finally got the tracking number, but it shows that only the label is created, not actually shipped, so I am assuming it will be 4 days of handling time.
I certainly understand these specialized products can take a while, and I certainly have no problem waiting, but again, if you are ridiculous enough to beg for a review this prematurely, then I can only review the experience thus far.”
