I stead of a jar of lovely edible drops, each contained a sticky wet mess with all the edibles stuck together in a sweaty mass. Kind of gross, to be honest. I call your helpful customer service line and was told that heat during shipping was the problem and I could fix it by separating the dgummies, putting them in the fridge to chill and then recoating them with sugar
