“I ordered Space Chews (30 10mg). Had a problem opening the jar and called support. The support person did not have a solution for the misbehaving jar; in what was either a fit of frustration or a stroke of genius, I inverted the jar and banged it on the dining table. That fixed the errant lid and I've no trouble since opening the jar.”

“I did the 2 for one offer and it didn't work. I reached out to customer service and got a form letter reply in less than 10 minutes. This didn't help me and I replied to it and got a live person in a out another 10 minutes. She (based on the name) fixed my issue quickly. She cancelled my order and sent me a working link to reorder the bogo offer. It worked. I received my order and everything was right. This was a great experience with customer service. Overall I'm very impressed with how they delt with my issue and got it solved in a very quick manner. Thank you.”
