“I have RLS, (restless limb syndrome) along with beng post menpoausal. Before I started taking a gummy before bed, a full night sleep was rare. Between the involuntary movement of my armas and legs and the horrible itchy skin. I was miserable. The meds for the RLS have some unfortunate side effects that I didn't like at all.
