I waited 9 days, and then I called a representative, which they then told me they were out of stock, but when I ordered them, it showed in stock, and I was supposed to receive my product within 5 days. I never received an email, or any correspondence telling me that the item was out of stock. I had to call and find out myself. That is very unprofessional!”
“I was totally satiwoth the customer service help I recieved, but was actually unaware that there was an issue in the first place. I called to find out why my item hadn't shipped and it was because I needed to verify my age online. The verification process took all of 30 seconds, phone call was less than 5 minutes in total. I wish I had gotten an email or some kind of notification that that was the reason why my order hadn't shipped yet. Seems
like an easy solution instead of delaying shipping or making me go through all my emails and waiting for a call back from customer service.”
