“9 days ago I ordered something for the first time. Since then I've received 11 emails from them and no product. I got an email earlier today that a shipping label had finally been created - hurrah! Checking the tracking it's not been given to the post office.
Also noticed that shipping protection was added to my purchase. I didn't see that, didn't want it.
Did not know this was going to be spam central, did not notice shipping protection had been signed up for, and at this point just annoyed.”

“Your website is not easy to use. When you click on one thing, it goes all the way back, possibly 10 pages of something that you were looking for when you try to add your information. If you do want to order something it keeps going bonkers. And asking your name and telling you. Your name is wrong and you haven't even left that that part of the depression yet. And then you give a tracking number that. Can't be tracked the package cannot be tracked. So I made my first order approximately 10 days ago. I'm still waiting on delivery, but the website as an older person. I'm gonna tell you sucks Buttermilk. Not an easy sight to get around. I had to back out of the site. I think it was 5 times before.
