I find it disappointing. I had to buy something similar from a competitor to get by until my order finally ships. I won't even look unless I have confirmation that the shipment occurred but you guys are AWOL on order number 1201742. You already took the $80.97 but no sign of shipment! “Twice now I placed an order, even went for the expediated delivery, a week later I go to tracking the order and it hadn't even shipped yet. I called support and they told me they were out of one of the flavors I had ordered, I told them I didn't care about the flavor only the effect. and they changed my order to a flavor on hand and shipped it out. I would have appreciated an email to tell me my order had been delayed...other than that I like the product and convienience, keep up the good work.”

“I placed an order on July 5, 2025. Called to inquire about my order on July 28 because I noticed it had not shipped. I did receive a return call telling me the product I ordered was out of stock. This was not noted on the website anywhere, if it were I would not have ordered it. Fast forward to today August 6, only 2 items from my ordr have shipped. The "out of stock" item that I paid for has not yet shipped. The worst part is htat there has been no communication from the company regarding this matter !”
