“I am so disappointed in the way the grand opening was handled. My daughter registered us to go to meet Cheech and Chong in Deerfield Mass. yesterday 11/11/2023. We drove over 3 hours to get there and waited in line for over three hours to be told, 7 people before us that we would Not be meeting them and we would not be getting in for at least another hour. We left. We were freezing. The whole thing was pis poor management and I am disgusted with it all. We Paid for gas to get there and back and we were there over 3 hours waiting excitedly. For Nothing. Not even a poster. They gave out some CBD gummy's to a select few at about hour 3..Really! Not why I went. So how do we get compensated for that I wonder..Oh I know..we get nothing for our time or money. What in the AF!! I will never have anything good to say about the way this Event was handled. I feel like I got screwed and they didn't even use vaseline. I am Mad. I will probably get over it. What a waste of my time and money..For NOTHING! So..thanks for Nothing!”

I placed an order to take with me on an upcoming flight. As the days went by I got concerned it might not arrive on time. I'll skip the details and will just say my contact with customer service was not just fruitful but it was actually enjoyable -- almost unheard of these days! Not only did they address my concerns but they went above and beyond, actually calling me (!!!) to take care of things right away. Again, when's the last time an actual person who's genuinely wanting to work it all out has called you from customer service? (I could maybe say never!)
My point is, the whole experience was exceptionally positive. The product is GREAT. (I will add that if your body's not used to CBD, you may want to ease it into a full gummy. But otherwise, all good!)
