“Chemical Planet is always available to assist the customer. However, my last purchase My order with tracking number 36020070069368 has not arrived yet. I informed the company and promptly opened a procedure with the logistics company GLS, to verify the loss of the order. Well, I'm still waiting for an answer on when I will receive my order. It was the first time I had problems, all previous orders were delivered. So far I am satisfied and confident in the chemical planet.”

“For products: 10/10! Service: 5/10! I asked twice to process the order based on proof on immediate payment. Order was processed with a delay of 2 days, resulting in delivery of 3 working days later. The request to check the payment was consciously ignored. Poor service imo.”

“Good shop, with some quality products. But quality -> quantity (their are so many chems) Some are always out of stock There is an issue with almost each order (ordered 3G received 2G, or they sometimes forgot some chems in the order. Coupons codes doesn't work But overall it's a good shop, wich could be even better when the orders are prepared. It left 1G of 3-MMC in my last order. Ordered 3G, they send me 2G. But still loyal with them, they often offer free samples etc Some compounds are very nice (a-pihp, NEP etc) Greetings team planet Keep it up 🙃 Greetings team planet,”

“The quality of the chemicals is always spot on. Never had a bad batch from them, ever. The only problem is transportation. Since they stopped working together with UPS evrything went downwards... Usually it takes 4-5 days (or even longer), where you used to be able to order something on a monday, and receive your parcel the day after. I hope that this will change again for the best. Untill then, I can only give them 3 stars... I'm sorry, but there are so much vendors who deliver 2-3 times faster. We are not living in the middle ages, things can be shipped fast these days. Come on chemical planet, you guys used to be the goat!!”
