“I ordered from a catalog a roll cake that it said had cream cheese filling what I got was a roll cake that had buttercream filling. There is a big difference when I called they gave me a $20 gift certificate for their false advertising on a future order, which will not happen.”
“The automated system chose an address that c was not mine. The automated system notified me of the ecpected delivery and the "address" it was to be delivered to. I contacted CB immediately and the representative said no problem he would contact the rep at UPS and have the address changed as it was in the same zip code. Hoever, the order was delivered to the wrong address and I was told there was no record of my previous conversation and the best that could be done was to reorder at a 50% discount.
