“This review is on the Robin's egg chocolate cake. Cake was well packaged. Styrofoam box with dry ice inside the box still frozen when opened. Was home when cake was delivered. Serving cake at a family dinner on Sunday as I had it delivered January 6. Came a day early, that's ok. See photos below. Frosting came off in chunks when sliced, cake was dry. Very disappointed. Most family didn't eat. Pricey cake for what I received.
Tried not to rate but your site required it.”
“Spent a lot of money and was very disappointed in the Lobster Tails. They were no where close to 3-4 ounces. I would say two ounces is pushing it. Crabcakes were delicious I will say. Giving only two stars as the prices are extremely high. I was willing to pay a high price if I would have gotten what I was expecting. Lobster wasn't worth it at all and will not order again.”
“Crabcakes were delivered without the note that I wrote and is on my receipt. The recipient was afraid to eat them without knowing who sent them. I waited a couple of days to check with them because I didn't want to appear pushy. At the same time, my sister ordered two items as a gift to me and only one was delivered. She had to wait a couple of days for a supervisor to review the request for a replacement. The items are very good, but service was somewhat lacking.”

Unfortunately, these did not compare to a typical good crabcake. This is more like something you would be served in South Carolina. Very disappointed for the price. Needs a lot more crab meat and less filler.”
“The delivery of my order was delayed. Instead of a Friday delivery I received a Tuesday delivery. The cheeses were fine but the two dips I ordered and the flatbread pizzas were no longer frozen. I was unable to use most of the food ordered.

“First of all… I didn’t order crab cakes. I ordered lobster rolls.
Sadly, they were a disappointment. There were two pieces of lump lobster and the remainder was shredded pieces.
When thawing, the crust broke off the bread and I was mot able to use it.
Like I said, a disappointment….especially at the price.”

“My order arrived the day AFTER I was told it would be delivered. The ice was almost gone. I ordered the soup sampler but received two Lobster Bisque soups but NO Maryland Crab soup! While my husband will enjoy the bisque he would have liked to try your Maryland Crab soup I'm sure! I promptly put the order in our freezer, but have not tried anything yet because it was his Christmas gift! CB did try to contact me, but due to a communications snafu we were NEVER able to connect. Now, for some reason I cannot find how to contact CB directly! *SIGH*”
