“I don't understand why the quality of the product decreased so badly. I've ordered from this company on several occasions and always received quality products. The latest delivery was not good. The crab cakes were full of filler and very little crab. I was not pleased. If the recipe has changed then I will not be ordering again.”
“I ordered a beef en croute for Christmas dinner. The package arrived fully frozen. I allowed 24 hour defrost in the refrigerator and then cooked it EXACTLY to the directions. The total time it was in the oven was 38 minutes- 20 minutes at 400 and then 18 minutes at 300. When I used the meat thermometer, it was already 170. I let it rest, and the meat was tender, but it was certainly not rare, or even medium rare.
I was very disappointed, and I doubt I will ever order from your company again.

“Ordered two items for a Christmas gift and my friend only received one item. Packer had a job of putting 2 items in a box & didnt. Customer service stated out of stock by then & to refund $. Nothing from how to make it right besides a refund. It will be the one & only time I will order from u. I placed 2 different orders and u got 1 out of 2 right”
“We ordered "Six Perfect Crabcakes" a few years ago and loved them for their flavor and abundance of crab. Imagine our disappointment with our most recent order! Simply put, the cakes were heavier on filler than crab meat.”

“A Yule log I had shipped to a friend for Christmas arrived damaged. He called and reported it but they would not reship to him. I had to be the one to report it. When I did 3 days later, I was told it would be reshipped. However, I then received an email saying that it was no longer in stock and I would receive credit for the item, which I did. But then I had to hurry with something else and PAID EXTRA TO EXPEDITE SHIPPING SO IT WOULD ARRIVE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS!

“We sent the Strawberry, Rubarb, Apple pie to someone as a gift. They said it was not good. The crust was so thick a knife could barely cut it, and the pie was so sweet that they could not eat it. We bought the crab cakes, and they were just ok. Reported this to your customer service and they didn't seem to care. Offered a discount on next purchase, which won't happen.”
“New Year's Day dinner was ruined! For the main course, I ordered the bacon cheddar bratwurst.
Upon opening the sealed box they shipped in, I found BOTH packages of plastic-covered brats (4 each) already open!?!?!
All 8 brats went into the garbage.

“I made a personal call to get information about the ingredients because of an allergy to spicy peppers. I was told that the crab cakes were not spicy. That was not true. They were very spicy and they closed my throat. My husband couldn't eat his because of the spice level. We gave the balance of the cakes to our neighbors who enjoy spicy food and even they said they were highly spiced. I took the time to reach out to a company representative before spending so much money and was given incorrect information that led to an allergic reaction. Very disappointing indeed.”
