“I love your products but shipping time is too much. The package arrived 3 days after my departure from USA now Iwill have to send it to another address for shipping to Costa Rica. I asked to cancel order on time but you did not do it”
“Good products, sizes are quite unreliable though. I ordered an item that turned out to be too big despite me checking the measurements before ordering, and then the return policy is rubbish - I have to pay for the postage back. (But they do seem to pay for re-sending a new product when it's for an exchange)”
