“ Don't bother ordering anything from this website. Disgusting customer service, won't answer emails or phone calls from a refund 4 months ago. Owe me over £200 but they don't seem to care! ”

“ If there was an option for a minus star I'd have given it to this poor and horrible company! It's the worst customer service experience I've ever had! Pre-ordered a dress months before my occasion and it was never received! They did not even bother to send a notification or an update email! The dress itself was not even showing when you look it up online ! Such a scam ! And when you contact their support team they take ages to respond and then they stop responding after that when they hear the word refund!! Avoid like a plague!! ”
