“After dispatch notice was sent I realized it had no tracking. I sent an email to Green Valley to inquire as to the number so that I could watch for the shipment. I never received a reply.
The "Duck Door" is good and does the trick. Only complaint I have is that the shipping could have been in a box rather than just in plastic shrink wrap. The shipping that way causes it to get some minor warping which need to be straightened before using it.”
“Speed of response was good but our package had some damage (heat lamps and quite fragile) with three or four broken units. The quality of the product was also questionable as we usually buy suffuicient to last the winter and I am now having to buy some more lamps as we have exhausted our stock already.”
“Its early days yet but have found that the rain gets in hence no good for Layers Pellets. Think it would be better for indoor use if using it for feed. There would probably be no problem with grit if using outdoors.”
