“I spent £150 with this company. One item was missing. The parcel had only one piece of tape across the fold and a hole at one end. I wrote on the delivery slip that the parcel was damaged. I have notified this company 3 times regarding the missing item (worth £7) there has been no reply other than an automated reply saying that it reviewed by support staff. Luckily for me an expensive piece of equipment was in the package.
I would definitely not buy from this company again. I cannot believe that the company did not reply.”

“What went right is a better question, and it would be quicker to answer. Not much. Disgusting customer service. No reply to any emails asking for delivery updates. Countless calls made and no-one ever answered so had to leave messages and only 1 call back over a 2 week period having rung every day to try and find out where our coop was. It was delivered out of the blue with no advance warning, by a delivery driver who can only be described as rude. Product itself is acceptable, save for the fact that not enough wood for frame was supplied and the assembly instructions appear to have been written by a 3 year old. DO NOT ORDER A COOP FROM THIS COMPANY”
Sorry you had a problem. We did send you a reply to your query about when the coop would be delivered. Our offices isn't manned but there is an answer service . Normally the delivery company will give the customer a call once it's in the local depot to arrange a suitable time and get final directions. I'm sorry you found him rude. We weren't aware of any shortages so had no opportunity to rectify this. The assembly instructions as very basic as they covers the basic assembly points but are applicable to both houses and runs of all sizes. The assembly is easy but slightly time consuming and requires a small amount of DIY skill as advised on the website. We also offer an assembly service if you prefer.

“I had to return an item which had turned out to be unsuitable. On March 9th I received an email saying the package had arrived and my refund would be processed "in the next few days". More than a month later I am still waiting.
These people do not answer the phone, do not respond to messages, and do not reply to emails. For all I know, they may have ceased trading.”

Thank you for your review however your comments are incorrect. We've suggested that you check with your local Royal Mail delivery office as it is most likely waiting there for you to collect. You have not told us the outcome of this. If not then the parcel will be returned to us. Once the parcel is returned to us we will see the details written on it telling us the reason it hasn't been delivered. This will either be due to incorrect address or not collected.
