“Have not had a chance to try the bottles since they are Christmas presents. However, customer service is second to none! Had to contact them about a bottle that arrived slightly damaged and they immediately replaced it and let me keep the other one which is perfectly useable but wasn't suitable to give as a gift. Thanks!”

“How did I live without this?! It does exactly what it says it will do and keeps my water cold all day. Brilliant product and I would highly recommend this. Anna”

“Super fast delivery. Bought as a Christmas present so I can't comment on its effectiveness yet, but it's a really smart looking flask, feels like good quality and I like it enough to give as a gift. I would be pleased if I got one of these for Christmas.”

“Rang company as bottles hadn't arrived after over a week, customer services acted promptly , no quibble, and sent me out replacements. Arrived today. Thank you. Great service. And the bottles look too good, come in beautiful cylinders, to be the stocking fillers they were meant to be, now been ups scaled to a main present.”

“I filled the 500ml with Sauv Blanc on saturday morning chilled from the fridge and finally drank it tuesday afternoon on a train after it had been out and in the Chilly three days. It was still nicely chilled. Impressive.”
