“such a shame! I own both types of Chilly bottles, the original and the series 2. After being really satisfied with the actual function of the bottle to keep fluids warm or cold I decided to buy myself a bottle from the series 2 as I prefered the new design and I wanted to profit from more drinking comfort. However once using the bottle I was a bit disappointed. The new added collar, which promises more drinking comfort as you lips dont touch the metal, but the nicely shaped collar, cannot be properly attached to the bottle. It attaches by srewing/turning the collar onto the bottle, so basically the exact same movement as you do when you open and close the bottle by screwing/ turning the lid. So each time you open the lid of the bottle, the drinking collar always follows, which destroys the entire function of this bottle. I am forced to screw off the lid and after that screw off the collar drom the lid and replace it on the bottle each time I want to drink. To me, this is not 100% thought- through design. It looks nice, but it really isnt practical at all.”

“I absolutely love it, keeps stuff cold and hot as it is supposed to, BUT, has anyone had a musty taste sometimes, if water left in bottle over night, or os ot something tp do with me using fresh spring water, from the well, there os a little iron in it. Thanks Isabel.”

“Makes all the promises true! Water remains nice and 'chilly' for a long, long time. The water doesn't even have the chance to warm up, because it remains cool for such a long time that you have already emptied it. The whole bottle feels good and sturdy.”

“I like the shape of the bottles. But the printed ones (I have the galaxy edition) have printing flaws which make them look bad quality. I would like to purchase other printed ones, but the printing in all of them looks flawed.”

“In first I would say that the colour is so fantastic that all of my classmates are jealous about me, then, I like this bottle because I can bring it everywhere and it’s so manageable! From school to gym it’s so comfortable to have water or hot drinks every time I need it I can say that I like everything about it!”

“My 2 bottles arrived quickly and they are functional and pretty. Though I feel like rating 4 because the graphic stamp quality could be better. Some lines and unequal color is visible.”

“The 500ml compacity is really practical. I really like the texture of the bottle surface, which is quite different from that in my imagination. Right now, I use chilly to store hot water and it truly performs excellently--the water is still hot even after a day's work. Cool design, cool project and cool team👍”

“The product is great: good design, fancy color and good quality. Shipment was easy and not very expensive. The one bad thing is your customer service. It has been impossible to have a receipt including the name and VAT number of my company. Twice I have been told that it wasn't possible but I do not understand why if I have paid with my company's credit card. If you don't fix that I am not gonna buy any more Chilly's product again. I am sorry.”

“The Colour is very pretty, my daughter loves her bottles because of this. I like them because they keep her drinks warm the whole day, she is in school. They are more expensive than others but for me ist it OK because of high quality.”
