“The bottle arrived on time, however, it was damaged when I got it. There are some spots on the bottle where the top layer has dissapeared. I didn’t have time to return it and ask for a new one, because I needed the bottle for a trip I plannend. But I’m definetely not happy with the fact that I payed €30 for a bottle that was damaged when I got it. See the picture.”

“I love the design, the fact that they keep water cold is totally crazy! I'am just upset that after 2 weeks of e normal utilisation, the bottles have already a few of marks... (see photos...)”

“I am proud of any of the products purchased.... it's my 4th Chilly's Bottle and it is amazing how they keep the cold or warm liquid. In my first product I filled it and I put it on the fridge... my surprise was that after 8 hours in the fridge water was at the same temperature as outside... keeping the inicial temperature... After that I learned to fill it already cold or hot previusly...😜 I recomend every product sincerelly!!!!! Regards and thaks for the quality of your prods!!!!!!”

“I was biking during hot summer weather for 7-8 hours and the water was still fresh. It is also easy to drink and to clean. Last but not least the bottle looks very nice on the table too.”

“I was a bit sceptical about the claims of keeping a drink cold for up to 24 hours but this bottle really does work. I have a small bottle. I filled it up with water from the fridge, put it on a table in the garden in direct sunlight and the water remained ice cold for 4 hours! I put a Chilly's in my bag at 8am and the water is still ice cold at 5pm! The bottle is lightweight, the colours are great, there is no funny metal taste to the water. I haven't tried it with hot drinks yet. Fabulous product - every commuter should have one!”

“They were exactly how image shows and can really keep your drink hot/cold for a really long time. Definitely the best product at work, gym and on free time. I highly recommend.”

“Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe bei Ihnen am 05.07.2017 eine rote Chillybottles bestellt. Das Produkt wurde per PayPal von mir direkt bezahlt. Nachdem bis Anfang August kein Produkt bei mir angekommen war - und ich auch keine Versandnachricht erhalten habe - habe ich den Käuferschutz von PayPal eingesetzt und um Klärung gebeten. Der Kaufvertrag wurde rückabgewickelt. Ich habe den Betrag von PayPal erstattet bekommen. Nun bin ich äußerst überrascht, den bestellten Artikel am 18.08.2017 nun doch erhalten zu haben. Bitte teilemn Sie mir mit, wie wir nun verfahren wollen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Brigitte Körbler”

“Chilly's bottles are beautiful in all the color options. However I find the claims that they can hold water ice cold for 24 hours wildly exaggerated. After about 8-9 hours the ice cold water I originally put into it comes out as mildly cold. Not nearly cold enough to be enjoyable, let alone "ice cold".”

“I'm very satisfied with the Chilly's Bottle. It indeed keeps the Water cold the entire day. The only Problem I had was the metal-ish taste the first days I started using the bottle.”
