Series 2 products are poor. Water bottle shoulder comes off with the lid. Coffee cup base comes off as it's a sticker and the twist lid is really bad. Awkward size means it doesn't fit in holders.

**Wouldn't even rate one star** I will never be ordering from Chilly's again. Firstly, I paid for express delivery to receive it by a certain date and upon my confirmation email Chilly's stated 'Orders to the UK and the rest of the world will continue to be dispatched as per normal.' This was not the case and my product was not dispatched until over a week later. When I received the product (2nd gen bottle), the engraving was extremely flawed and the loop handle is not positioned how it is advertised in 12 bottles when purchasing the product. I want a bottle which I purchased from the advertisement images, not different. Extremely poor customer service, contacted 10 days ago with my complaint and nothing has been resolved. DISGUSTING FOR AN EXPENSIVE PRODUCT AND PAID ENGRAVING!!!

In-keeping with a lot of recent reviews (have you changed your team recently, what's going on here?) I've experienced awful customer service, faulty products and a flawed warranty policy. Despite being able to prove my product was within warranty (their logo changed less than two years ago, so it was clear my product was new enough), Chilly's have point blank refused to issue a replacement to the faulty lid on the food pot I received for christmas, just because my sister didn't have the receipt anymore. Lack of human emotion in email responses and no helpful resolution. Keep well away.

Worst service - ordered a christmas gift and they sent the wrong item. Can't get hold of anyone and i've emailed 3 times now with ZERO reply. I also received an auto 'how was our support email' but obviously i've had no support. I just need the correct item in time for Christmas - they are such a waste of time i would absolutely not purchase anything again in the future and will not suggest them to anyone else. I think i might just return the item and give up all together!!

Terrible customer service, received my order which is a present for Xmas and some of it is missing from the box, Emailed them twice, tweeted them, messaged on Instagram and Facebook and still no reply! No customer service number

I find their bot only service so awful. Trying to speak so someone was impossible - stupid stupid bot service. i needed to speak with a real person. a real person with a real brain. I also had a “Josh” (see below) but she was called Poppy. Then Carla stepped in and was far more helpful. Super in fact. She also couldn’t resolve my query but at least showed an interest. The disdain shown by Chilly’s to their customers by not providing any opportunity to connect directly is disgraceful. Particularly given their pricing....not a good experience

I bought and got delivered the second generation chilly bottle. It is a 0.5 liter metal bottle and behaves like the first generation. The main differences are that there is just one size available at the moment ,and instead of just the cap, there is a collar between the lid and the bottle and there is a loop attached to the lid to grab the bottle and carry it around. Compared to the old version, I have to say that the feel of the bottle is much better, the outside metal is very grippy and underneath the bottle there is a part of gum that makes it stay still on a surface. There are a few downsides though, the collar is exposed to the air, this means that to open the lid you will have to touch it and that when you carry it around it is in contact with different surfaces, and it is not hygienic. The second downside is that once inserted the loop, it is not possible to remove it, bad design, this means that either you have to buy a new lid and loop if it breaks or keep it broken. Another negative side is that where the loop is inserted, water can go in, so when you wash the bottle and the lid, the water goes inside that spot and you have to shake the whole thing very hard to remove the water. I think they should have made it better than it is, but still it has been improved, compared to the first generation. The main issue I had with the first generation bottle was that it started to smell badly after a short time of use and, with the new one, the collar solves the problem, as your lips will not touch the metal but only the gummy-collar part.

Ordered a chilly bottle some weeks back,not to happy as packaging was torn.So you could actually see the chilly bottle.Made them aware of this.Josh got back to me,it wasn’t just about the box being torn,the box it came in was thin cardboard.A chilly bottle is a lovely present,but the packaging was rubbish.Josh wasn’t having any of it,just apologised.Then Carla got back to me.All I wanted to do was just say,and make them aware about the packaging.So Carla said how about having 10% of my order.I was just going to leave it.But the lovely Carla sent me a little black gadget,to hook on chilly bottle to go on my sons bag so big up to Carla.Moral of story.......don’t be a Josh 🤔and many thanks to Carla.

Wouldn’t even give 1 * but had to press something! Have tried to contact Chilly's by many emails, Facebook messenger and their help box on the site and have had no reply apart from one saying that one of the food pots I had ordered was out of stock. It was in stock when I ordered it and they took payment for them but I only found this out after chasing up where my delivery was. I replied to that message and have had nothing back since even though I’ve been constantly sending messages. It’s very frustrating and I would just like a refund now for the food pots I ordered. Have bought a lot from them in the past but will never use them again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered my bottle 2 weeks ago and got email that the order is placed. Since then i havent got any other information about my package and where it is and when will it arrive. I contacted customer service 3 days ago about my order and why i didnt get any informations and still no answer. Very bad customer service. Hoping i will get my bottle since they took my money the day i ordered it.

returned a bottle 3 weeks ago and contacted them 4 times asking for update on my refund. No reply, still no refund issued or any update if its been received. Worst customer service, do not recomend anyone purchasing from them

returned a bottle 5 weeks ago,still no refund.Have contacted Chillys and been told they haven’t received my parcel even though i’ve provided them with proof of postage and proof it’s been delivered to them.Tardy responses to emails and now completely ignoring my emails.Terrible customer service.Will never use again 🤬

Item arrived damaged. No reply on twitter, Instagram or facebook. Have trked their own contact form with no answer either. They did email me to ask for feedback on my complaint they hadnt replied too???? Literally no idea how to contact the company snd get a response.

Just like a previous comment I too was bought a rose gold Chilly's bottle as a Christmas gift. 3 weeks ago having used the bottle, hand washed it and left it on the kitchen worktop I went into the kitchen later to put the bottle away and the rise gold had peeled off the lid. Gas anyone had any luck contacting Chilly's about issues?

I bought 2 chilly bottles from a small shop locally - a Christmas present for my daughter-in-law and one for me. I let my daughter-in-law choose the colour she wanted on Boxing day and kept the other. The only time I used mine was on holiday in January to keep water cold, which was great. Because of the lockdown, it wasn't used again until 2 weeks ago. I used it for coffee for the first time understanding that it kept it hot for a long time. Unfortunately, although the flask was in perfect condition, my coffee went cool within 3 hours. I tested it 3 times and it was exactly the same. I took the flask back to the shop a week ago and he said he would contact Chilly, who were very good. When I went yesterday, he said to pick another one, but I wanted to make sure he was reimbursed by Chilly. He said they couldn't help as the flask was over 6 months old! I think this is appalling, particularly as because of the lockdown it was never tested for hot drinks. He gave me another one, which appears to be fine. As I bought it from a small shop, I felt bad taking the new one and because of this, I will not be buying anything from Chilly again, due to their very poor customer service!!

My chilly bottle leaks a liquid from inside and has ruined my bag and everything was in there. So disappointed.
