“Gifted a Series 2 500ml bottle and the 340ml coffee container. Both items are super easy to clean and look vibrant. The series 2 is preferred over my series 1 as the newly designed collar is perfect to drink from (much better then metal against your teeth or lips). No issues so far with leaking or the collar unscrewing (no need to over tighten the collar to the lid). Would recommend as I did for my series 1 to family and friends. Bought my wife a Series 2 bottle and Series 2 coffee cup as a gift set too!”

“Ordered a series 2 bottle and coffee cup and then saw these reviews and thought what have I done, especially the coffee cup and the leaking issue. I needn't have worried. The coffee cup doesn't leak for me and keeps my drinks hot for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours with the hole open. The top Tis quite stiff before you put a hot drink in it but i was warned about this. They also feel nicer in the hand than the Sho bottles. The only criticism was the box they were packaged in. It was very thin and was partially open also a small dent in the water-bottle lid but it is a small dent and I can live with it. I have since ordered another coffee cup for my husband.”

“Ordered a Series 2 Water Bottle (500ml) and Coffee Mug with customised Colours. Arrived within 3-4 Days and they are lovely to use and drink from. They now allow me to stop buying Plastic Bottles and Coffee Cups so I can play my part in protecting and helping the enviroment. No Issues with Metalic Tastes or parts wearing down and cannot find any fault with them.”

“Ordered a chilly bottle some weeks back,not to happy as packaging was torn.So you could actually see the chilly bottle.Made them aware of this.Josh got back to me,it wasn’t just about the box being torn,the box it came in was thin cardboard.A chilly bottle is a lovely present,but the packaging was rubbish.Josh wasn’t having any of it,just apologised.Then Carla got back to me.All I wanted to do was just say,and make them aware about the packaging.So Carla said how about having 10% of my order.I was just going to leave it.But the lovely Carla sent me a little black gadget,to hook on chilly bottle to go on my sons bag so big up to Carla.Moral of story.......don’t be a Josh 🤔and many thanks to Carla.”

“Ordered my Sea Life Turtle Chilly bottle in August 2019. Arrived within a week. Is maybe pricier than similar ones but I wanted the Sea Life version and great product, great packaging. Still gets used every day especially for cold drinks and does what it claims. I had a query regarding the carabiners and got a prompt reply so I didn't have a problem with customer service. Would be a shame if they don't take on board and get the problems sorted out that others seem to be having.”

“I love my chilly's bottle. I bought the cherry icon one for my 13 year old daughter Aria and the penguin winter one for my 15 year old daughter Maddie. They work so well and the girls are so happy with them They take them to dance and school and sports clubs and they work amazing. I got myself one after the girls recommended it and I take it to David Lloyds gym everyday!”

“Amazing customer service. I was given a bottle for Christmas and had an issue with the 'o-ring' on the lid. I contacted Chilly's directly via their livechat (Tanya) and they dealt with the issue immediately and very graciously - going way above and beyond my expectations. Seriously impressed. Great product too, I use it all the time and think it's one of the best options for reusable bottles.”

“Have bought several of their bottles. They do keep water cold for 24hrs as advertised, even when bottle placed in direct sunlight at 35C. They also keep liquids hot for 12hrs. Bottles are of excellent quality and beautiful designs and colours. Packaging and service excellent. Speedy delivery. I would recommend these bottles.”
