“Beautiful products, absolutely awful customer service. I have been trying to place an order for over a month and all that is left to do is have an invoice sent through so that I can pay it and there has been no communication for 3 weeks. I keep chasing and have now tried the live chat twice which turns out they have no power other to just pass on that I've been in communication. Very frustrating.”

“Ordered bottle for present with name engraved. No name engraved and we paid for this. also no way of getting in contact with chillies.”

“Faulty bottle, bottom came off- customer service refuses to replace, as they are not sure how it was used! To carry a damn water! By a child! Not to fight with it in a war!!! Overpriced piece of rubbish. Terrible after care. Warranty excludes actual use!!! Stay away people!!!”

“I ordered a pastel pink bottle in September this year and started using the item late September, I noticed some discolouring on outside of the bottle few weeks ago therefore contacted Chilly via email to inform them. I was expecting a great customer service but that wasn't the case, contacted by 3 different people and still nowhere near a resolution. I understand Chilly are online business but wanted to see if I can speak with someone in person so used search engine to find a contact number which to my astonishment goes to a resident who informed me he was fed up of Chilly customers calling him. I just want my bottle replaced, is that too much too ask!!”

“I had this product for less than a month before it broke. It was bought so I could take it on holiday and that was fine, no issues what so ever and I was very pleased with the product. I decided to keep using the product when I returned home, until I accidentally knocked it off my beside table and it fell all of 2 feet to the floor, breaking the insides of the bottle. It now rattles horribly and I am sure it will no longer keep water nice and cold. I contacted the customer services who while polite basically said it is broken, and having water in it will increase the chances of it breaking (not great for a water bottle). I wouldn't have been to upset by the bottle breaking, but for the price I paid and you will have to pay to get one I would it expect it to survive a small fall. I still have my old hard plastic bottle that has been through a lot more than the Chillys bottle. I can still recommend this product if you want a very nice looking product, that works very well at keeping water nice and chilled.... just maybe wrap it in bubble wrap?”

“Appalling customer service! I ordered a Emma Bridgewater bottle as a gift. When it arrived the writing was smudged, contacted Chillys via email who asked for a picture which i sent to them. Still no response. I would not recommend using Chillys!!!”

“It took 2 weeks for chillys to reply to my 3 emails and when they finally did they said they couldn’t help me as I can’t prove how the bottle was dented. despite being purchased under 30 days ago!”

“have sent several messages and emails re faulty lid and have had no response. i think this explains why there is no phone number as they don't want to deal with customers complaints”

“Appalling customer service. Bottle was damaged. Will not answer emails or respond to online form. Chat useless, they ended as soon as faulty bottle was mentioned. No telephone number to contact. Seems to be a common issue looking at other reviews, AVOID!”

“Returned my unwanted bottle in January and still not received my refund!! Have proof of return and tried contact Chilly's via their general enquiries address on several occasions but no joy!! They are holding onto my money so I would call this theft.”

“I was given a Chilly Bottle as a gift a few years ago. My daughters swear by them. Unfortunately it took me a long time to realise it was not insulated at all - if you put in cold water it's not immediately obvious. Too late to return but as you can get an almost identical one from Aldi for less than a fiver why bother!”

“I’ve had a chilli bottle for three months. I’ve only used it for hot drinks. Worked fine first couple of times. Since then absolute rubbish. Luke warm after a couple of hours. Have tried it a few times to double check, but useless. Wouldn’t recommend, as a lot if money.”

“I love my chilly's bottle. I bought the cherry icon one for my 13 year old daughter Aria and the penguin winter one for my 15 year old daughter Maddie. They work so well and the girls are so happy with them They take them to dance and school and sports clubs and they work amazing. I got myself one after the girls recommended it and I take it to David Lloyds gym everyday!”

“At first, i was very fond of Chilly's Bottles. But after 2,5 years, it starts to leak water and does not keep the heat as long as it used to. Unfortunately, I did not get an answer on the request I sent to Chilly's Bottles a couple of weeks ago in which I complained about that problem.”

“Ordered several with no issues, had a faulty bottle £25 spent can not get anyone to reply despite 2 x online forms completed & email sent, shocking customer service. Avoid!”

“First time buyer, and if i’m honest quite disappointed as i ordered two 750ml bottles and one arrived with scratches all around the rim, so i emailed and told them, however i have not been replied to to even say my issue is being dealt with. i’ve hesrd so many good things about these bottles but unfortunately the customer service lets it down.”

“Poor customer service order hasn’t arrived e mailed threee times now with no correspondence back. The second order I placed is already on its way. One of the order I can’t get an answer about is now sold out will never order from this company again as no customer services telephone number to resolve this issue quickly”
