“Makes all the promises true! Water remains nice and 'chilly' for a long, long time. The water doesn't even have the chance to warm up, because it remains cool for such a long time that you have already emptied it. The whole bottle feels good and sturdy.”

“They were exactly how image shows and can really keep your drink hot/cold for a really long time. Definitely the best product at work, gym and on free time. I highly recommend.”

“"A mistake in the order, most probably from my side resulted in an exchange of 30+ e-mails just to return a spare lid and receive another one of different color as per my agreement with customer service. Although i paid return postage and agreed to receive a new lid, i got a refund and some lousy customer service by people unaware of the situation, presumably because they did not bother reading further down to the endless chain of e-mails.Would expect at least a decent customer service by a UK based company, but instead i received the worst one ever. Shame..."”

“The bottle arrived on time, however, it was damaged when I got it. There are some spots on the bottle where the top layer has dissapeared. I didn’t have time to return it and ask for a new one, because I needed the bottle for a trip I plannend. But I’m definetely not happy with the fact that I payed €30 for a bottle that was damaged when I got it. See the picture.”
