“Purchased a watch for my son, which was discontinued received excellent service choosing different model. When watch arrived, it didn't include free gift but whe i contacted them it was quickly resolved.”

“Fantastic all round service. Procured a Raymond Weil watch on line for my wife’s 50th. Excellent price and speedy delivery. The watch was then fitted in store in Leeds. The staff were incredibly helpful and a credit to the business. I would highly recommend to all and will purchase again.”

“I ordered a tissot pocket watch. It came in a box but the watch was not secured in the box. The watch had opened and had obviously been thrown about inside the box. Fortunately it was not damaged. Service was prompt but i wouldnt risk using chisholm Hunter again.”

“Ordered a watch as a Christmas gift on the 8th of December to be delivered to my local store. In the order confirmation email, it states "Once your order has been picked and packed, we will send you another email to confirm dispatch." However, I heard nothing following the initial order confirmation until I called 10 days later panicking that I would not receive it in time for Christmas. On the call, I was informed that it had been delivered to the local store and had been sat there waiting for me to collect, but I had not been told. Once in the store, the service was prompt and generally satisfactory.”

“I returned an item and three weeks later I am still waiting on a refund. Contacted customer service and they said that the shop had not processed my return and that they would get back in contact with me. Three days later, I still had not heard anything so I called back and the gentleman on the phone was very understanding and said he would get it sorted for me, although I am still waiting on my refund.”
