“Poor after sales Bought an Vacheron Overseas as Xmas present to myself over the festive period. The online sale transaction was very smooth and money taken promptly... HOWEVER 1. I requested the bracelet to be adjusted for my 18.5 cm wrist and it arrived way too short 2. Invoice clearly stated that there would be a complimentary watch winder and watch roll. I am still waiting for these 2 weeks after the delivery of the watch. Of course, since the items are complimentary I should not be complaining too much. But it looks to me that this company is not interested very much in after sales services (I’ve contacted them 4 times since and no definitive answer...). Will shop elsewhere for my future watch purchases.”

“Ordered a relatively low-value item on a Friday before Christmas. It was despatched on the Sunday, and arrived (beautifully packaged) by standard delivery on the Tuesday. Email updates were informative and very clear. I have bought in-store several times in the past and always been impressed by the attentive service, but this was the first time I had bought from them online. Excellent all round. Thank you!”

“I ordered items before Christmas and one appeared to be incorrect. I contacted the customer services department who suggested I return the items for a refund or replacement. I did this and a replacement arrived in time for Christmas but it was a bit concerning in the interim obviously.”
