“Not only is my Trident C60 Pro MKII amazing, simple and robust but the customer service was excellent. My leather band wore down faster than it should have and within 24 hours and a couple emails, they were sending me a new band for free because of the inconvenience. As for my watch, I have put it through everything from diving, hiking and cooking for it to end up in a condition that is like new after 6 months of activity. Could not be happier. Great people. “I bought a C11 MSL Automatic. It is a great experience to open the box and find a personal letter letter nicely drafted from CW himself. The best part is the watch itself which looks better than what is displayed in the website. After I places the order I emailed them to provide me a different strap other than what comes with the watch. Wera attended to the requests and gave a C8 Regulator's Strap that looks really awesome and at no extra cost. For me watch has been performing perfectly with less than 5 Seconds per week.
