Since English is not my native language I could not write a completely nice review, so I will just try to do it: I have two Chr.Ward watches and love both of them. Currenly mainly using the latest purchase 5 Day Automatic C9 Chronometer. Very comfortable, good size, good accuracy, good look! Very important moment for me is 5 day power reserve on SH21 caliber, since i am not wearing dress watch on weekends and they could safely wait until work days come without screwing and adjusting the time every week. So this is a great choise for me for this money.

I own three CW watches and the quality and price of these pieces result in an outstanding value. My Trident GMT has gained only 4 seconds in three weeks! My only criticism is that for me the lume is only average though it is acceptable. CW customer service is personalized and responsive. You connect with a person by name, and they follow up. It's been a pleasure to do business with them.

They put the wrong movement in my limited edition $1000 watch. Used to be a big fan, now I'm unsettled

I have never bought a CW watch but I want to. I have been waiting for designs in the 35-38mm diameter size.

Overall I love your watches and the quality. The reasons I am only leaving a 3-Star rating are as follows: -Lack of larger case sizes. Would like to see a few larger options, 46, 48mm, etc. Haven't bought a watch from you in a while as a result of the smaller case options. -Designs are too traditional. Traditional is fine, but let's have a few more designs that push the envelope, beyond just racing or flight inspired watches.

3/4 watches i bought from christopher ward in the past 10 months developed some form of defect.

I had been wanting a Trident for quite some time and decided to pull the trigger when the new design came out. Ordering seemed fine but then availability turned out to be, at best, a wild guess. After contacting CS several times I suggested accepting a different color combination than what I had ordered. It took forever for that watch to arrive in the US but that is understandable as the watches are coming from the UK and it shipped across a US holiday. Upon receiving the watch I was very happy. While it wasn't in the same league as my SMP I really liked the watch. As I wore the watch I noticed that it was running consistently fast. I never ran within spec (I was and am about +60s/day). I gave it a chance as I understand that sometimes watches need to "settle". Fast forward a few weeks and there is no improvement. I contact CW CS and the turn around time is out of this world. (They compare their turn around time to other manufacturers. Not impressed.) As this is a new watch that was effectively DOA (never ran correctly), and I'm within my 60-day window I suggest a return/exchange. At first they say I'm out of my 60-day window. Basic math indicates I'm not and I get them to agree to that fact. Now they say they will only accept it as an exchange if it is in "if the watch is in box perfect condition, and not worn". I could have had the same experience purchasing a cheap Chinese automatic that was pretty but inaccurate and saved myself somewhere in the neighborhood of $800.
