"I ordered 9 items with this company and when the delivery arrived the box was all battered and taped together ( see photo ) the items were part of a christmas pickle and cheese hamper for one of our friends - there was one item missing and when I reported this to company they asked me to send them pictures of the contents - I advised that they were part of a christmas hamper to a pickle lover friend of ours which we delivered to our friends (minus a jar of pickles) - it seems I am now in a stalemate situation with them - they won't resolve this because I can't send them a picture of the contents that I no longer have in my possession - they even asked me to ask our friend to open his christmas present in order to have a picture of the contents - how ridiculous - I can't even see what this would achieve we all know the contents and I can't take a picture of a missing item for goodness sake ! If this is how they conduct themselves over a \u00a35 missing item the they can keep the pickles but on principle I will never buy from them again."

"Terrible service. You don't get the items you ordered and I had a missing truckle.\r\n\r\nConstant unanswered phone calls, answer phone messages and FB messages ignored plus numerous emails sent. \r\n\r\nI finally received a basic email response today but no mention re my missing truckle! "I ordered online a large number of cheese truckles to make gift hampers for the family members. I tried one of them - \u201cSunday Roast\u201d and it was awful, it did not taste anything like in description on their website, just pure black pepper (lots of it!) and nothing else, so it was completely unusable as it was described as mild and the intended recipients do not tolerate extremely spicy good. I emailed their customer services, who (to be precise - Zara) then replied that my opinion of their cheese was incorrect and that their cheese is \u201cvery popular\u201d. I then requested to return the order for a refund and never heard from them again!!! I left a negative feedback using a link they sent me and it got rejected, so buyers beware of positive reviews on their website, as they obviously publish only those positive ones. Trully shocking experience with this company, they are such a disgrace!!! I still cannot belive how unprofessional they have been\u2026"
