“I love this! I was looking for a dewy ‘glow from within’ highlighter that wasn’t a powder or a liquid and I came across this one when I was in Sephora and LA. It is absolutely perfect! You can use it under makeup as well as on top or simply on the go. I definitely will repurchase.”
