“its ok but not worth the money”

“Some products are lovely ordered sale item waiting a week for them, then had to chase to be told out of stock to choose another colour or refund. Other colour wasn’t best match unfortunately foundation texture is great ! The face make up removal smell is not nice at all - product is good but I’ll stick to eve Lom for this style of make up remover.”

“Excellent customer service, but sadly for me the product was disappointing due to the unpleasant scent. I ordered the Dew Skin foundation. I prefer unscented products because it's virtually impossible to come up with a fragrance that appeals to everyone.”

“The shade matched me and it’s too dark i60 bit too dark even for my skin! Shame I can’t send it back otherwise good product. If only you could send me one shade down lighter free of charge and I’m unable to wear current one?”

“Ordered a £40 present for xmas (Hannah Martin edit box )which was ‘delayed’ with Hermes - Ciate were very good in replying to my emails but no explanation why it was stuck with Hermes, but eventually had to have a refund in the end and no explanation. Very dissapointed as my order went out of stock so couldnt try again, very upset Daughter so not a memorable experience with this Company im afraid. Had terrible trouble with Hermes in the past with ‘lost’ parcels and no compensation !”

“Poor customer service. Placed an order to receive a free gift, not realising you had to order the free gift yourself. Queried with Ciate when not received to be advised they would look round the office for one. Not heard anything since. Realise it was an error on my part but did order 4 items and it would have been great to have received the gift.”

“The foundation is very thick - heavy The lipgloss is pricey for what it is Doesn’t smell that amazing as quoted by lisa snowden I’m normally positive about products but wasn’t impressed”
