“For me personally I found it difficult to absorb this into my skin without it looking like it emphasised my pores. I tried primers first and it just didn't feel or look great. For the price I paid I didn't think it was value for money.”

“I havent received my items, yodel are showing as delivered but I haven’t got them. I have contacted customer service and they said they will look into it and I’m still waiting. It was supposed to be delivered on the 21st June.”

“I placed the order on the 1st March it is now the 15th and have still not received my order which I spent over a £100 on!. Instead I receive a email asking if I liked my purchase and to leave a review? Tracking shows my parcel is still with the sender on the Yodel site. Disappointed. What is going on?... Never had other orders so late Rea,”

“Ordered an Advent Calendar on 1st December but still have not received it, (17th December). Hermes seems to have lost it. In fairness to Ciate yhey were good and did despatch a replacement but Hermes seems to have lost this one as well. So can't review the product since I have not recived it, just wish Ciate would use an alternative carrier”

“I purchased a neck massager for my wife, The instructions that came with the product are very poor, so much so it is beyond me to get the thing to work. Ah well I suppose thats what you can only expect when you buy Chinese products. I will not buy again!!!”

“Total mess of delivery, delayed and poor customer service throughout. Had to chase several times and post on social media before getting a satisfactory response. Crushed packaging on arrival. However, when products finally arrived I was pleased with them on the whole.”
