“There was no option to include a message on the packing slip or hide the price, let alone have it gift-wrapped or anything, so this is not the site to buy from if you are ordering a present for someone. Additionally, a week after I placed the order I received a promotional email telling me the item was now 30% off, which isn't particularly helpful. The mirror itself is okay enough but not particularly high quality, essentially a £5 mirror that you pay £18 for just because it has Miss Piggy on.”

“I have no order to review as it has still not arrived. My Order #140531UK has been dispatched over 2 weeks ago & according to DHL it has departed from the Deutsche Post terminal on 20/02. But I havent heard anything since. Has it gotten lost? Tracking barcode is RS438599718DE Customer service has not helped me thus far.”

“The quality and condition of the packaging was very poor. When the plastic was removed the box fell apart and the products fell out. So not good if opening one window at a time, it being an advent calendar. Cannot comment on the product at this time as one window opened each day of December. It was sent as a gift to my sister who is letting me know each day.”

“Very poor packing. When plastic cover was taken off the whole thing fell to pieces. The glue that was used was clearly not up to the job! Very disappointed as this was a gift. Product not worth the money.”

“The packaging of the advent calendar is absolutely stunning, however the whole calendar is falling apart. When i took it out of the box and took off the plastic case the inside of the calendar just fell on the floor.”

“They say there's a discount but doesn't work for new stuff. The stuff I bought was £18 for 1.5ml... it's tiny and the chameleon colours don't change once it's dry... The mascara is good but definitely too expensive...”

“I purchased 2 of the glitter flip lipgloss. Was super excited to try them . However the texture of the gloss is very dry and tacky and came off extremely easy ( only worn for 1 hour before outer parts of lips started to fade 😔”

“Bought some nail polish, it was on sale, thank goodness because if I'd paid full price I would have been fuming!! Yes pretty bottles, but the quality of some of the nail polishes was exceptionally poor, thin, watery, poor colour, and when second coat applied to try and improve colour became tacky and didn't stay on! Will not be purchasing again I'm afraid.”

“The nail varnish arrived in a box, the cellotape was split, I wondered if someone had been inside the box. Not impressed with the nail varnish within a day it was coming off. Me and my daughter experienced the same issue. I expected something great from this company and their products. I bought it on offer and after using it I think even that was too expensive. I love my nail varnish, I wont be buying it again”
