“After a huge mix up with dpd/hermes, I rang ciate to let them know i had not received my parcel despite it supposedly being signed for My order was promptly despatched again via royal mail to a friend's address. I love my new sparkly lipsticks, particularly the whisper. I'll be ordering again soon. Thank you.”

“Absolutely love the Ciate glitter flip lipsticks. They are amazing. The colours are fabulous and they are really long wearing. I have purchased two now and I love them both. I keep looking at getting another colour as I love them that much. One of the best lipsticks I have ever purchased. Ciate dispatched them quickly as well and they arrived the next day. They both arrived well packaged as well. Cannot praise the company or their products enough. Highly recommend purchasing one of their glitter flip lipsticks. You will not regret it ❤️”

“Online experience painless - checkout struggled to cope with deals , so ended up processing as 2 transactions. Unfortunately the courier Hermes let Ciate down badly with their service . Packages ordered 90 seconds apart , delivered 7 days apart. Calendar always great quality and great value - sure this years will live up to that same ethos.”
