“My shipment has been lost twice!! So more than a month after, I still don’t have it. Worst online shipment ever. I will not buy here ever again nor recommend it to anybody.”

“I am so disappointed with the two of the three products I ordered, the Extraordinary foundation, Vanilla, and the Mykonos eye palette. The foundation just rolled off no matter what kind of primer I used, and when I didn’t use one. It barely lasted two hours before it started to disappear. I chose the shade using to on line colour match function, I usually use Bare Minerals Fairly Light. The colour that arrived was at least two shades too light. The eye palette colours looked wonderful and applied easily whether using fingers or brush. I had exactly the same problem as with the foundation , they disappeared within an hour. I tried different eye primers, no eye primers - they still disappeared. I tried foiling, again just disappeared. I don’t know whether the fact that I am in my 60’s makes a difference for this range, I can only say I have never had such poor results with any other brand. The one saving grace is the third and product, the Wonderwand Demi, Vibrant Coral Red, shine lipstick. It is fab! It glides on, is non drying on the lips, the colour pay off is great and the staying power is brilliant. I will certainly order more of this item but nothing else.”

“Shocked at how poor this product is. Could say it deserves to be looked at by trade description people . No glassy finish, colour match awful. Total waste of money.”

“Not as advertised at all. It didn't give the dewy finish as promised and despite using the colour match service, I ended up with a product way to orange for my skin. This was a complete waste of money. My product arrived all bashed and looked very scruffy.”

“Unfortunately I had a bad experience, because I never ever received my order.. I was waiting for maybe 15 days and at the end I just canceled it.. I live in France and I guess it’s not a good idea to order from England in this moment. The only positive thing about it was the people from customer service who were very helpful and very nice!”

“Im completely unhappy.Lips are soo dry,and any of effect is not good for me. Poor colour of matte shades even worst after glitter transformation. Waste of money. Pictures are not real at all”

“This retailers choice of courier (Hermes) made the whole shopping experience VERY disappointing. The Ciate 'Customer Services' team seemed very uninterested when I escalated the poor delivery service to them and could have salvaged what is now a one star review. Will not be using this retailer again.”

“Non posso mettere 0 stelle, altrimenti lo avrei fatto. Il mio pacco è partito il 14 e ad oggi ancora non si vede. Ho chiesto il rimborso dei miei soldi dato che il pacco non si vede ed io dovevo regalarli a natale quindi sinceramente ormai non saprei cosa farmene! Ad oggi ancora non se ne vede né traccia, né intenzione di rimborsarmi. Assolutamente sconsigliato!”
