“Ordered on 30th June. Nothing arrived by 11th July with no communication at all from the company. In the end I had to chase them and the order finally arrive on 13th July. Poor performance.”

“Was charged £7:50 for delivery for scrubbing pads I needed urgently they only arrived 10 days later after I chased them. They arrived next day in a jiffy bag with a second class stamp. More interested in making money on postage rather than offering a speedy service! Very disappointed 😔 my first and last order !”

“Got my chemicals but was told they would be delivered the following day so arrangements where made for someone to be in. It was only by myself chasing the order up I was then told the chemicals wouldn't be here until the following day when nobody was due to be in the office to take the order. Not Great. I hope I have more luck next time.”
