“Would recommend. Bought paper towels. Delivery only once a week so not as prompt as some. However the wrong item was sent and the problem was efficiently resolved with replacement arriving next day.”

“The product and service from Citrus was excellent. Sadly their chosen courier (DHL) was truly awful! Three days late, delivered to the wrong address and package had been clearly thrown around as very damaged. Will buy from Citrus again but only if they use a more reliable courier!”

“Always an efficient service and happy with the delivery timescales. Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that i find the delivery charge on the expensive side as i am a private customer and not a company. So maybe the charge of £6.70 for 4 small items like i ordered can be maybe reduced for smaller orders.”

“Products and service from Citrus are excellent, only let down by the poor couriers that are being used. I've placed many orders this year and every one has had parcels that have gone missing that may (or may not) appear many days later. I'm currently waiting for the other 3 parcels of my current 6 parcel delivery to arrive!”
