“Sometimes we recived cleaning products which we didn't order and its a bit problematic for us as we don't have Coshh sheets for them”

“Items didn't arrive for almost 2 weeks so delivery was poor. No email updates about order and had to ring a few times and got told different things about the whereabouts of items. Still waiting on a order as we speak and still no update.”

“Good products and price, lousy delivery company had to wait 2 weeks as they did not ring the bell on first delivery attempt despite there being a big sign on the door saying "please ring bell for deliveries". In addition the box had clearly been dropped a couple of times as all the packaging was dented.”

“The product I ordered 30ft wfp is fantastic and just what we needed however can’t give full stars due to the horrendous delivery time . I understand due to the current climate delivery times may take a bit longer , but nearly 4 weeks is pushing it a bit especially if it causes work to be delayed .”

“After ordering my products I was expecting delivery within the specified time. After chasing them up a week later I was told they were waiting on the wellies part of the order. Another week after that when i called them back the find out what was going on they said they were waiting on Virasol. Over two weeks before I realised they had been out of Virasol the whole time which was not indicated when i ordered. Extremely poor as it cost me two jobs. They did process my refund in a timely manner and apologised but a very bad experience for myself.”
