“Great service - friendly helpful driver who spoke enough English for us to get away with no Italian! Comfy and spacious car and of the transfer services I looked into, this one was good value. Booking was very straightforward. Would definitely recommend”

“a customer support en english is highly desirable, had to change my reservation (to an earlier pickup) with less of 48 and couldn't do it by myself as I don't speak German, I had to ask hotel front desk for help, but after that, the service was beyond my expectations, driver arrive 5 min earlier and call front desk to check if I was ready. very professional”

“I book for 8 people not know that my infant son should be counted as 1 adult passenger as well. The driver explained to me that my infant son is required to be in a car seat and I accepted the safety aspect of it. So, the extra 1 passenger had to go to the airport on her own. Please inform future customer of this requirement to avoid miscommunication on declaring the number of passengers.”

“?xcellent service, Good value for price. I indeed did not expect Mercedes E-class and "Transporter" style driver in a suit for this kind of price. Nice experience. Only comment is "edit" button is booking confirmation. I tried to change time. It changes , but there is no any button to save or update the booking. So after 20 mins lost on web I just called and changed time on phone, All rest is great.”

“Overall very good system! Maybe if it would be possible to directly charge the creditcard or possibility to pay with creditcard to the driver. This would make a good service even better. It is not always convinient to carry cash.”

“Cannot be faulted in any aspect of service. First class service. Driver waiting at airport for us and took us straight to our hotel. Pick up from hotel punctual as well. Will definitely use again. Price was also best available.”

“Just returned from weeks vacation Tenerife. Used City Airport Taxis for first time. Very, very impressed indeed. Good price. 3 small points, but these are for constructive purposes only 1) Wasn't clear either transfer "where" we would be picked up. However, we were within minutes of scheduled time 2) Transfer vehicle from Airport was slightly dated. 3) Driver's didn't really speak. Other than to tell us time of arrival to destination. These points very minor in relation to Service. I will use again for sure. Alex O'Hare”
