Good delivery service but the delivery van left a large patch of oil on my drive. Having phoned and told them of the issue they asked for an email with details. This I sent but after two days there was no response so I emailed again the reply was to say they would not deal with me directly but would refer it to Wickes (the company I ordered from and they have a contract with). Not the service I would expect as they caused the mess.

Received a text to say delivery would be between 10 and 15:00. 730am they wake us up and I had to go out in the cold in just a dressing gown to accept. 2.5 hours early at unsociable hour. Not acceptable.

Absolute joke of a company. They failed to deliver parcels worth £1,100 for my small business and are refusing to pay the insurance because "they're driver says he delivered them" even though my customer says they weren't delivered and there is no signature of photo to prove they were delivered.

Used their same day courier service. Driver arrives on time to collect. Item handed to them immediately at door. CitySprint own systems show arrival at 10:36 and collection at 10:38. Driver arrives at delivery at 12:44 and items shown delivered at 12:48 - again times are from CitySprint own tracking systems. Surprised to find extra charge on charge 2 days later for £7 for "waiting time". Driver has claimed for 6 minutes waiting time on collection and 8 minutes waiting time at delivery, despite true "waiting" time being far less. The 14 minutes waiting charged puts waiting time over a threshold (i believe 11 minutes) so all waiting time is then charged - hence the additional fee. Raised concerns of possible fraud with their customer team and got a generic "we're refunding you" email. No concern at all that driver was able to charge for additional non-existent waiting time, or that billing systems permitted them to do so when official timings showed otherwise. To clarify i have no issues with there being charges for excess waiting time. My problem here is that the driver falsely claimed waiting time that didn't exist, and the company don't seem to care. Delivery itself was fine but serious concerns regarding billing practices. Would suggest do not use them, but if you do be extra vigilent for charges after the event and make sure to make note of all timings and take screenshots of all tracking events from their tracking page. If you've previously been charged for waiting time then go into the app and check all the job timings to make sure you haven't also been charged falsely.

THE WORST COURIER ON EARTH Avoid this company like the plague! We hired them to pickup and deliver a package to us from less than a mile away. The courier dropped the package off at a completely different house and Citysprint have said they can't retrieve the parcel. They have also refused to refund the cost of package even though they admit it was their fault. AVOID!

This company is AWFUL. so many Bad reviews. The only few "Good" Reviews are from Staff/Admin and Company Owners. The government MUST close this Scam Business. They keep posting 100s of ads on various sites to catfish more and more clients. Shameless Parasites. Absolute Filthy People. Avoid ..

We had to use this company a few times and honestly NEVER use them. There have been quite a few bad experiences in the 6 months that we were using them as our courier but the two most notable have to be the time when they gave our package (with a value of over £400) to a random person who wasn't even working for the company who were meant to receive the package. When we phoned them they just said "we gave it to a builder who looked eastern European" and that was it, they just gave this valuable package to a random person and didn't even get his name instead of the NAMED CONTACT we gave them with a phone number. Of couse, this person stole the goods and city sprint refused liability. The other one happened when we booked a very expensive direct delivery to be done at a particular time as the job was very time sensitive. 2 and a half hours after the time they were supposed to pick up there was still no sign so I called. They said, "oh sorry the driver was ill, we were meant to schedule another one but we forgot". We paid almost £100 to be told that they just "forgot". In short, it's the most unprofessional place going, you'd be better off getting a blind carrier pigeon to deliver your goods.
