“Very happy with the Kitchen and timeliness of the delivery. A little disappointed for paying an extra $200 for the trolley guys to move it from driveway to front porch. Thanks heaps anyway, as it was a God Send for us to help someone in need. Cath Edwards”

Hi Cath, Thanks very much for your feedback. The extra charge is for the taillift of the product to the ground. Over a certain weight a product is deemed to be too heavy to lift off the truck. All couriers do it and the is no way around it as it is in their eyes a health and safety issue. CKS Sales Team

“We are in QLD and we rang and got pricing and all the info needed. Took it to the board and got approval to buy and spoke to the team and they are friendly and super easy to deal with. The product got packed and sent the same day and we had our product here so fast we are all really impressed.”

“Firstly the delivery driver arrived alone. Three of our staff had to assist with unload from the truck. Secondly the key to the fridge was located in a plastic bag INSIDE the fridge. It was all completely ridiculous.”
