“Have got it turned off at the moment because it's too loud for domestic inside use. Compressor always coming on, even though i have changed the settings as per instructions given by CKS.”

“We paid extra money for delivery because we didn't have a forklift to unload the delivery. The large bench fridge we received was on a pallet that we were unable to wheel the product off of. The pallet had holes cut into it to bed the wheels of the fridge. It took us two hours to get the fridge off the pallet, post delivery.”

“I suppose to get the delivery on Monday, however my shop not open on Monday, it been delivered on Wednesday. It fridge is broken and it could not set the temperature. I contact to your service team, but until now no one come to fix it for me.”

“The ordering process was very good however I still have not received my goods. I have tried calling and emailing your office and no response. Delivery should have been 2 Fridays ago. It would be nice to get an update as obviously the freight forwarder website is not correct. Very dissappointing”

“Firstly the delivery driver arrived alone. Three of our staff had to assist with unload from the truck. Secondly the key to the fridge was located in a plastic bag INSIDE the fridge. It was all completely ridiculous.”

“It wasn’t delivered to the destination agreed. Left at depot and I had to organise extra cost transport to get it to the kitchen… very annoying to find out only when it got to the closest depot. CKS should have said that or delivered to the address.”

“I felt mislead by the upright freezer I saw in the showroom and purchased. The inability to move shelves at all would have been a deciding factor in my purchase but they weren't in the display one which I now feel was a strategy to get the sale. Other than that the purchase and pickup experience was good.”
