ordered the 50kg Ice maker,as a replacement for the old one.Since it didnt worked called customer support the female kept saying refer to manual even though i said i did.Then called a technician who came twice and couldnt get it running,i called again and they said same thing.when i emailed them about their service not good and will report further ,they said pack and send the heavy machine back we will test here rather than sending a technician ,this is poor.So had to report to fairtrading.

Hi Rajesh, This units warranty is a parts and labor warranty, we made exceptions for you and offered as a good will gesture to allow you to return it as you asked to, even though the unit was used and we cannot re-sell it. You said the unit was showing an F4 error code which means the ice is being made to thick. You were told to read the manual as this explains how to resolve this issue. You also said it is on a 1 hour cycle. That indicates the ice is being made to thick due to what you changed the controller to. Hence why you were referred to the manual. You also had an unauthorized technician work on this unit which completely voids the warranty. We did everything we could to help you and offered remedies. Borrelli Sales

2.5 year fridge blew a compressor, warranty should have been supplied, purchased a new only due to fitting requirements otherwise would not have purchased

Hi Peter, Our warranty periods are clearly displayed in the product description for every unit on our website. Our bar fridges have a 2 year onsite parts and labor warranty. Even after the warranty period we try to assist our customers with finding technicians and sourcing parts, which we did with you. You contacted us about your fridge and we assisted you with technician contact details and said we will help you source parts if they were needed. Your unit was purchased June 20th 2022 which makes it 1 year and 3 months out of warranty, so it was unfortunately very far our of the warranty period. Borrelli Sales Team

Hello Barrie, Thanks for taking the time to write a review. Why does this deserve a 1 star? Is the noise above the advertised Db level on the listing? Have you talked to the team in the office incase there is an issue with the product? We sell commercial refrigerators with advertised decibel levels clearly stated on the listings. regarding my ORDER #20068, I haven’t received the item. and the customer service consultant refuses to communicate with me. I request for full refund because when i made the order, the consultant promised me it would arrive early last week. I have been tracing all the time but still no progress. it’s another week, and it has no sign that i could receive the item. also i get no chance to contact the customer service.

Hello Holly, Thanks for leaving a review. Reference your points: At no point did we NOT communicate with you. Why would you say this? We have 2 phone recordings of over 10 minutes trying to rectify the issue and offering you a refund (which we have done). We NEVER promise delivery times only estimates. Delivery not in time as promised and sent me a spiral mixer already been used instead of a brand new one as per purchase and they didn't even have the decency to clean it properly. I been advised to buy from them I won't advise you to do the same

Hi Sergio, It's a shame that our service has warranted such a harsh review. Apologies for the issues that you experienced during delivery. I believe that you were in contact with the courier company and they didn't fulfill the delivery time. 99% of the time things go smoothly but yours did not. We can only apologize on their behalf. As for the us selling you a used mixer this is not the case. We do not sell used stock unless it is specifically stated at point of sale. Yours is a brand new off the shelf unit. As Tim mentioned, we have no answer to why you think it is used. All I can think of is it maybe was not cleaned properly after QC testing? Again it is brand new. You have already been offered a full refund but have not taken it. Not sure what else we can do. CKS sales team

Hi, You left us a call on over the weekend to say you had issue with your display unit. We called you first thing Monday morning to arrange a technician. You were not happy that the tech could not be there immediately, right now. We said please get your own technician to get there ASAP and we are happy to foot the bill. The product itself and the customer service from the shop (over the phone) was good, but the delivery experience can only be described as absolutely appalling. The delivery driver was extremely rude and despite the fact I had been charged $300 for delivery - insisted that the fee only included taking the product off the truck or "tailgate" delivery as he called it. When I explained that I couldn't carry the 70kg bar fridge box inside by myself (being a 60kg woman) he said he "had a bad back" and could not get the bar fridge inside for me (which could have been done with a trolley I believe - but he made no attempt to even consider this). The driver showed absolutely no compassion or care factor for the issue. He even left the box cable tied to the delivery pallet! If it had not been for the kindness of 2 tradies working at my neighbour's house, who carried the box up and inside my house (and who also cut the cable ties and disposed of the pallet), it would have been left outside on my front lawn in the rain that appeared hours later. Would NEVER buy from this business again after this horrible experience. I suggest they seriously re-consider the courier company they are using!
