“regarding my ORDER #20068, I haven’t received the item. and the customer service consultant refuses to communicate with me. I request for full refund because when i made the order, the consultant promised me it would arrive early last week. I have been tracing all the time but still no progress. it’s another week, and it has no sign that i could receive the item. also i get no chance to contact the customer service.”

We have 2 phone recordings of over 10 minutes trying to rectify the issue and offering you a refund (which we have done). We NEVER promise delivery times only estimates. “I was called to check I had purchased the right bar fridge. I was kept up to date with when the delivery was coming so I could be home. Fridge fit the space perfectly and is excellent.”
