“Quick and efficient but delivery was excessive when told to pay extra as the unit weight required a special lifting device to delivery and yet driver unloaded without any equipment to assist no special device attached to delivery vehicle.”

Hi, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It's not acceptable that you paid for a service you did not receive. The delivery driver should not have done that as it is against health and safety. The courier companies force these delivery conditions on us, so they should abide by their own rules. If you give the guys in the office a call on 0397836325 they will be able to assist. “Great fridge. was shipped quite quickly and packaged perfectly. Everything was locked down and easy to set up. Very happy with it. If I have to find something wrong... It would be good if the Fan Motor was a little quieter.”

“I bought the 2 door sliding bar fridge, the staff where easy to deal with and willing to help. The fridge unit itself look great and works well and we are very happy with the purchase and have recommended CKS to friends & family. The only thing I feel could be improved is the delivery process, in speaking with the office staff they said the driver would call 30-40mins before delivery. Driver did ring but it was 10mins before arrival, I had to leave work and was 25 mins away. The driver did wait and was very friendly.”
