“Initial enthusiasm and push to claim has slowed down considerably after first successful claim but there is always a willingness to be helpful so I wait with a positive attitude that soon the other claims will have been finally resolved.”

“I was very satisfied with the way my claim was dealt with. The staff are friendly and very professional, I would definitely recommend this company. The only issue was the percentage, was not including VAT, this was added on the percentage. So the fee was about a third of the amount claimed back”

“Thanks to Hardwick we received a nice refund of monies which we never thought we would be entitled to. The fee for their services was a good investment , as we would never have had the time or knowledge to pursue ourselves. Thank you .”

“Like many did not expect to be owed anything, deceided to give it ago. and bingo a nice payout, still think the 36% fee is very high, better something than nothing. Thanks”
