I did get inundated with calls at the outset, and I had to redo documentation on several occasions. However, they did get me a nice payment back and the experience improved over time.

I was happy to get my settlement but I do feel that the percentage charged by the company for the fees was a bit high as I have just got ppi from another company that charged 25percent and got my money a lot faster than Hardwick did . I must admit that I did think that Hardwick took too long compared to other companies I have used to get my ppi settlement completed . From £412 settlement I paid over £148 of that to Hardwick where the other company I used would have charged me £103 , this is a bit difference and it was done in a much faster time , so was an altogether better service .

i was approached by a cold call.had been thinking about ppi for some time so the call made it easier and less hassle.took some time to think of the company's i had used but the person on the phone helped to make it easier. process was started and more forms through the post to be filled out, not to difficult. when the claim was successful it was continuous calls asking for their invoice to be paid.had to explain that i was waiting for the cheque to clear and then i would pay(obviously) last one that came through was paid to me by bacs which i never realized but kept getting phone calls and txts, also wasnt aware of the 30% +vat charge,i think that is a bit high

Whilst I am pleased with the outcome - the process took 18 months with at least One loss of all the paperwork ,with me needing to prompt Claims2gain before they realised this was the case. Once claim settled I explained that I would transfer the monies due them once a) I received cheque From building society b) cheque had cleared c) also explained leaving for holiday and cheque not yet with me , so would be at least 2 weeks before cheque deposited in bank + 4 days to clear - upon return from holiday was bombarded with calls to home and mobile phone + texts and no matter howmany times I explained timescales and what the dates for their payment would be these did not stop - the whole end process once returned from holiday stressed my wife and I out as we felt hounded by them

Paid fee by BACS day after money cleared my account, was chased for fee 6 hours after sending( clears in 2 hours) miraculously found it straight away after checking. Also wasn’t aware 30% fee didn’t include VAT so was closer to36%.

Continually inundated with calls at all times during the day. Grateful for the help in claiming but I have one complaint. I was happy to comply with my contractual obligation in paying the fees but I object to being told the only method of payment is BACS or debit card. I paid by cheque that initially wasn't accepted but that was the manner in which I wished to pay the fees. For their staff to say we dont accept cheques because we are on the outskirts of Wigan is a joke.

you say that my ppi claim is now completed but i have only had one successful pay out and that has taken almost year to do so there is a whole list of companies give to you to investigate also my pension investment that you were going to look into but have heard nothing from yourselves so my ppi claim is in my mind far from finished

They have worked hard to get me what is owed to me and for that I thank them. The only down side is the constant phone calls and asking me if I want insurance. I received a call whilst on a busy train on the way home and explained that I am on the way home and did not really want to talk about my business as there were too many people listening three times !!. I explained that I was at work and was told "his should only take a couple of minutes". I had to put the phone down. I received a letter telling me that 5 days after my cheque had cleared I must pay HFS. I was called twice before the cheque was even clear telling me that I had to pay now. So thanks for your help but I wouldn't recommend your company to anyone soon.

Although I did get my ppi back the customer service with this company is shocking. I never got an update on my claim/a dispite having my email address home bad mobile numbers. I wouldn't use this company agsin based on the customer service experience.

Thank you for your comments, this will be addressed. I have reviewed your account and I can see that we have been in touch on numerous occassions, as required, however nearer the end of the process the contact has been limited and this is due to the time frames the bank advised final decisions are made, I take on board the fact a call or correspondance to advise of you this maybe helpful, however the bank letters are copies of the same letters you should be recieving. Customers should be recieving texts as each stage progresses and I will investigate as to wether this has been happening. I am dissapointed to hear that you would not use us again as we do pride ourselves on delivering a good custoemr journey. If you wish to discuss further please ring me direct 01942 405091 Kind regards Kylie Ops Director

on the plus side we found the people easy to deal with but when letters sent out for signing etc you seem to think we do not have any other things/people to deal with. on the downside you quote your fees as 25% you do not mention that VAT is also applied. It was therefore a shock the extra money we had to pay you.

thank you for your comments Mrs Jones, we do try to keep the paperwork to a minimum but unfortunately the banks insist on certain paperwork being signed from individuals which means multiple things to sign for one claim, we to find it frustrating. I am always looking to find ways to make the process simpler and more cost effective for the company and less time consuming for our customers . Thank you for your support. Kylie Ops Director.
